Regality Academy

Regality Academy is founded on the belief that every child is a unique masterpiece with the potential to be a leader. The school integrates "The Leader in Me" program, based on Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, to instill principles of responsibility, integrity, and teamwork. Its educational approach is holistic, aiming to nurture students who are empathetic, adaptable, ethical, and resilient.

The school offers a continuum of education starting with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) for ages 3+. Primary students (Grades K2–5) follow the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), while Middle Years students (Grades 6–8) follow the International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC) supported by the Cambridge Lower Secondary Programme. Junior High students (Grades 9–10) study the Cambridge IGCSE, with plans to introduce the A-level programme for Grades 11–12. Core subjects include English (following the National Curriculum for England), Singapore Mathematics, Bahasa Indonesia, and Indonesian Studies.

The school aims to empower students to become internationally minded leaders who possess 21st-century skills and strong character. Graduates are prepared for global university acceptance through rigorous academic programs, including the Cambridge IGCSE and future A-level offerings. The school tracks success through student goal setting and data tracking, fostering a culture of continuous self-improvement and academic excellence.

The school emphasizes an inclusive approach to education, with staff trained to support students with diverse needs. Admission is based on a "first-come, first-served" basis, with registration closing once capacity is reached. Candidates must pass an admission assessment, which includes an English and Mathematics test and an interview with both the student and parents. Applicants are required to submit academic records, health and immunization forms, and relevant identification documents, such as KTP for Indonesian students or passports and KITAS for expatriates. An application fee applies.

The school operates on an annual academic calendar. Specific enrichment schedules are provided for different year groups, ranging from Kindergarten through Year 10.

Located in the Kuningan Place apartment complex in Jakarta, the school occupies four purpose-built floors and utilizes shared amenities including a 30-metre swimming pool, gym, dance hall, and restaurant. On-campus facilities include spacious classrooms (averaging 85 m²), a multi-functional library with an e-learning center, a mini-auditorium, an art room, an ICT room, a music room, and a dedicated Junior High School science laboratory. Larger events are held in the building's Eagle Auditorium.

The school offers a variety of enrichment activities, including dance, swimming, and music. Students participate in competitive programs such as Destination Imagination, a STEAM-focused, team-based problem-solving competition. Additionally, students can join the Student Lighthouse Team, which provides opportunities to practice leadership through duties such as morning greetings, library monitoring, and playtime supervision.
