The school welcomes applications throughout the year, subject to an interview process. The admissions procedure includes a school tour (in-person or online), an entrance assessment, an online application, student trials/testing, and a meeting between the principal and parents. Applicants must submit various documents, including birth certificates, medical records, and, for transfer students, recommendation letters and legalized school reports. Foreign students must provide passport and visa copies along with an equivalency letter from the Ministry of Education.

The academic year at the school runs from July to June.

The school operates two campuses in Jakarta. The Menteng campus (Primary School) is a boutique, "urban oasis" located in a quiet, green district near the CBD. The Panglima Polim campus (Junior & Senior High School) is designed as a pre-university ecosystem featuring specialized science laboratories, art and craft facilities, and technology resources. Both campuses provide secure environments with dedicated security and operations teams.

The school offers a wide range of enrichment opportunities, including the Student Lighthouse Team, class leadership roles, and leadership camps for grades 5-12. Primary school clubs include Math, English, Soccer, Maker Space, Science, and Choir. High school students can participate in Model United Nations, Junior and Senior Math Clubs, Junior Band, Theater, and the World Scholar’s Cup. Varsity teams, known as the SPM Komodos, compete in basketball and football, and the school maintains a varsity choir.
