Following registration, candidates are invited to assessments and interviews, which include English, Maths, and reasoning tests, as well as taster days or group activities depending on the age group. Sixth Form entry requires a minimum of 36 GCSE points from 6 subjects, including English and Maths.

The school operates on a termly basis with key admission deadlines typically falling in the autumn term for the following academic year. For September 2026 entry, registration deadlines for Year 7, 9, 10, and Sixth Form are in early November 2026, with assessment days scheduled throughout the autumn and spring terms. Open events, including a Whole School Open Morning, are held throughout the year to provide prospective families with opportunities to tour the campus.

The school is set on a 110-acre woodland campus in South Croydon, featuring a mix of historic architecture and modern facilities. Key amenities include a 25m indoor swimming pool, a learner pool, a floodlit sand-dressed Astro pitch, a floodlit MUGA, hard-surface netball and tennis courts, and a large sports hall with basketball, badminton, and cricket facilities. The campus also houses a Performing Arts Centre with an auditorium and drama studio, a music suite with a recording studio, a chapel, a library, a Sixth Form study centre, and spacious dining facilities.
