Founded as a Catholic institution, the school welcomes students of all religious denominations and backgrounds. The school offers a harmonized curriculum across nursery, primary, and secondary levels that integrates the Rwanda Competence-Based Curriculum with the Cambridge International Programme. At the upper secondary level, students may choose from three academic combinations: Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology (MCB); Mathematics, Computer Science, and Economics (MCE); or Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB). Instruction emphasizes science, technology, linguistics, and the humanities.

Students are prepared to earn both the Rwandan National Diploma and the Cambridge Certificate, ensuring academic recognition at both national and international levels. The school reports that pupils perform well in both state and Cambridge examinations, reflecting the effectiveness of its dual-curriculum approach.

The school operates with rolling admissions for its nursery, primary, and secondary sections. Prospective students, excluding those entering the nursery, primary one, or senior one and four levels, are required to sit for entrance examinations. Applicants for senior one and senior four must demonstrate strong performance in national examinations to be considered for enrollment.

The school operates on a standard academic year, with recent activities including the opening of the 2025/2026 school year in October and various end-of-year ceremonies. Administrative offices are generally open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 to 16:30.

The campus includes a library, a computer lab, and a science lab to support academic instruction. For student well-being, the school provides a health room for basic medical assistance and a dedicated 'Girl Room' (Icyumba cy’Umukobwa) to support female students. The nursery section features an 'Atelier de Maternelle' designed to foster essential motor skills through organized play.
