Saint Thomas School

Saint Thomas School is a private, non-sectarian institution that emphasizes academic excellence, ethical behavior, and personal responsibility. The admission process begins with the submission of a pre-registration form, after which the school contacts the family to schedule an in-person visit. During this visit, prospective families receive detailed information regarding the school's enrollment requirements and educational offerings.

The school operates on a standard academic schedule with office hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The academic year includes various school-wide celebrations and events, such as cultural and science fairs, concerts, and holiday observances.

Located in Santo Domingo, the 10,000-square-meter campus features modern classrooms equipped with interactive smart boards and high-speed internet. Specialized facilities include science, technology, and innovation laboratories, an extensive library, a multipurpose auditorium, and dedicated spaces for art, music, and dance. The campus also provides significant athletic infrastructure, including a soccer field, futsal court, basketball and volleyball courts, a mini gym, and various playgrounds.

An after-school program is available Monday through Thursday, allowing students to participate in two different activities per semester. Offerings include sports such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, taekwondo, gymnastics, and table tennis, as well as clubs like Model United Nations, chess, dance, and arts and crafts.
