Operating under the guiding principle of "Eastern Values, Global Education," the school focuses on nurturing critical thinkers, technologically literate students, and active, responsible citizens. Its educational approach incorporates a Virtues Programme alongside outdoor education to build self-confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Students can enroll in either the International Programme, which spans Year 1 to A-Levels, or the Integrated Programme, which runs from Kindergarten to Year 9 before transitioning to the International pathway. The Integrated Programme combines the Vietnamese national curriculum with international subjects like English, Social Studies, Music, and ICT taught by foreign teachers. Academic milestones include preparation for Singapore's iPSLE, Cambridge IGCSE, and Cambridge International AS and A Levels.

The school establishes pathways to international higher education through partnerships with Elmhurst University in the US and Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland. It also collaborates with Hwa Chong Institution in Singapore to provide students with leadership programs and learning experiences. These pathways prepare students for entry into universities across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

The school admits both local and international students, placing them in year levels based on age, placement test results, and class availability. Kindergarten classes are limited to a maximum of 12 to 25 students depending on age, while primary and secondary classes maintain a maximum capacity of 25. Enrollment requires the submission of academic transcripts, birth certificates, health check certificates, and vaccination records for kindergarten applicants.

The academic calendar spans 40 weeks divided into four terms, starting in mid-August and ending in mid-July. The schedule includes designated holidays between terms, a two-week winter break over Christmas, local national holidays, and a five-week summer vacation at the end of the fourth term.

The purpose-built campus is equipped with specialized rooms for music and the arts, computer labs, and fully equipped science laboratories. Outdoor amenities include multiple sports facilities, a soccer field, a multi-purpose hall, and a covered swimming pool.

The school offers a variety of extra-curricular activities, milestone events, and outdoor education programs. A notable annual event is Book Week, organized in partnership with the Fahasa Book Store, while students also participate in Outward Bound Vietnam expeditions to develop perseverance and collaboration.
