Sekolah Noah aims to prepare students with the skills and personal qualities necessary to make a positive difference in the community and society during the globalization era. The educational approach focuses on developing academic, affective, and socio-emotional skills, grounded in values based on Pancasila, to help students achieve their full potential and self-confidence.

The school offers a structured academic pathway starting with the Cambridge Early Years programme (ages 3–6), which utilizes a child-centered and play-based approach. The Elementary level integrates the National Education System with international approaches, while the Middle School curriculum focuses on developing academic and non-academic skills to prepare students for global society. The school is an officially accredited Cambridge International Education centre (ID 344).

Students are prepared for future academic stages through a curriculum that integrates national and international standards, with many graduates continuing their education at universities both in Indonesia and abroad. The school emphasizes the development of academic, affective, and socio-emotional skills to enable students to become agents of change. Recent achievements include students earning perfect scores in Cambridge Checkpoint tests and winning medals in global robotics competitions.

The school provides a nurturing environment with teachers who receive continuous professional development to ensure classroom practices meet international standards. It also maintains a Parent Support Group to foster community involvement and support the educational journey of the students.

The admissions process begins with a registration purchase via the school website, followed by the submission of an application form. Applicants then undergo an entrance examination—observation for Playgroup/Kindergarten, a readiness test for Elementary, and a diagnostic assessment for Middle School—and a subsequent interview. Successful candidates are notified of their admission status via email, after which school fees, including annual and activity charges, are processed.

The school operates Monday to Friday, from 08.00 to 15.00. The academic year typically includes various school-wide events, such as student council inaugurations, fun walks, and student presentations.

The campus features modern classrooms equipped with smart boards and overhead projectors, alongside specialized science laboratories for chemistry, physics, and biology. Sports facilities include an outdoor multifunction court for basketball, futsal, volleyball, and badminton, as well as a swimming pool for early childhood students. Additional amenities include a library with a 360-degree glass landscaped view, a visual art studio, music and audio-visual rooms, computer labs, a school clinic, and a cafeteria.

The school offers a range of after-school activities and programs designed to develop soft skills, leadership, and teamwork. These include student council participation, robotics, and various competitions. Students also engage in leadership training programs that focus on communication, problem-solving, and ethical decision-making.
