Àgora BCN functions as an academic community linked to the Fundació CETT, aiming to provide more than just accommodation. It focuses on creating a structured environment that promotes academic performance, personal growth, and a balanced routine through the integration of study, rest, diet, and physical activity. The community emphasizes a global perspective by hosting students from around the world.

While the residence does not offer academic curricula itself, it is linked to the Fundació CETT and supports students across various university disciplines. It provides a focused environment for students to manage their academic rhythm, offering flexible meal plans ranging from bed and breakfast to full board, as well as access to shared kitchen facilities.

The residence provides an environment designed for academic concentration, including dedicated study rooms and spaces for group work. Additionally, residents have access to IT support services two days per week to assist with technical needs.

The residence offers three types of stay: complete (minimum 9 months), medium (3 to 9 months), and short (1 to 2 months). The enrollment process requires a pre-registration via the website, payment of a registration fee, and the completion of a contract and security deposit before August 1st. Registration fees are valid for four years if renewed by May 15th of the following academic year.

The residence is open every day of the year. Stays are categorized by duration, with complete stays defined as 9 months or more, medium stays as 1 to 8 months, and short stays as 1 to 2 months.

The campus features three study rooms, a music room with a piano, a gym, and various common areas for meetings and leisure. The facility provides Wi-Fi throughout the building, wired internet in study rooms, and outdoor green areas. Rooms are climate-controlled and include private bathrooms, study desks, and storage space.

The residence organizes various activities throughout the academic year, including talks, championships, and social events. Residents have access to a music room equipped with a piano, as well as designated leisure and meeting areas to foster socialization and community building.
