The school follows the Griggs International Academy programme, which is compliant with the Maryland State Education Department. The preschool offers a toddler programme for children aged 1–3, followed by a creative learning programme for children aged 3 and older.

Graduates have been accepted into various international and local institutions, including universities such as the University of British Columbia and the University of Victoria. High school students have achieved strong academic results, with recent classes recording an average SAT score of 1340 and a GPA of 3.89. From Grade 4 onwards, students participate in annual Stanford Standardized testing to evaluate their academic performance against international peers.

The school is located in the Kichijoji area of Musashino, Tokyo, with separate facilities for the preschool and the main school. The campus environment is designed to support small class sizes, with a maximum ratio of one teacher to eight students to facilitate daily interaction. The preschool is situated in a light brown brick building, while the main school office is located in the Nanai Building.

Students participate in a variety of sport clubs and regular outdoor physical education classes designed to engage the whole body.
