Kspace emphasizes a 'home from home' atmosphere that welcomes both expatriate and Japanese families. It aims to make parenting and schooling simple by providing a 'one-stop' facility that offers care and education for children from 14 months to 11 years old. The school prioritizes a loving, secure environment where children can bond with parents and branch out independently as they grow.

The school follows a British-based system, with age-specific groupings: Caterpillar (14 months–2 years), Chrysalis (2–3 years), Butterfly (3–4 years), Big Bug (4–5 years), and Super Bug (5–6 years). The curriculum includes a daily Japanese language course for Butterflies and a full-time English curriculum for older students. The school also offers a bilingual programme, extension hours for working parents, and private tuition in music and academic subjects.

The school supports children from their first few months through to elementary school age, aiming to prepare them for future academic environments. Graduates have transitioned into various international schools, including the British School in Tokyo (BST). The curriculum focuses on building a strong foundation in English, Japanese, and core academic subjects while fostering creativity and social development.

The school provides English language support and ESL courses for children ranging from absolute beginners to fluent speakers. For children aged 4 and older, it offers private one-to-one academic tuition in subjects such as math, phonics, and science. Additionally, the school provides a bilingual programme and specialized Japanese language instruction, including daily lessons for the Butterfly (3-4 years) age group.

The school accepts applications throughout the year for its various programmes. Prospective families are required to book an appointment for an on-site or virtual tour, as 'drop-in' visits are not permitted. An online application form must be completed for each child, and a screening and administration fee applies for applicants residing outside of Japan.

The school operates on a three-term academic year, typically running from late August through mid-July. It remains open on several Japanese national holidays and provides seasonal programmes, including Winter and Summer schools, during term breaks. The calendar also includes scheduled staff planning days and parent-teacher meeting days when the school is closed for specific groups.

The school is housed in a five-storey building in Shirokanedai, featuring state-of-the-art safety and aesthetic design. Facilities include an enclosed rooftop play area with soft padding, sand/water play, and sports equipment, as well as a drama stage for performances and media presentations. The campus also contains dedicated classrooms for different age groups, an indoor gymnastics room, a library, and a 'Cocoon Club' nap area for the youngest students.

Kspace offers an extensive range of extracurricular activities, including after-school classes such as dance (hip hop, ballet, Broadway), music (guitar, piano, drums), and various academic-based subjects like math, science, phonics, and ESL. Saturday school programmes are available for children aged 14 months to 10 years, alongside seasonal camps and birthday party services. The school also hosts community events, including family picnics and parent workshops.
