Phoenix House International School

The admissions process is personal and transparent, beginning with a registration of interest followed by a school tour or online information session. Applicants participate in a 'Discovery Day' for age-appropriate assessment, which includes classroom activities, interviews, and, for Upper Prep, an online CAT4 assessment. Decisions are communicated through six defined rounds throughout the year, with places offered based on a holistic review of the child's fit with the school's curriculum.

The school follows a British international school calendar. Term dates are available to parents via the school's internal portal.

Located in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, the purpose-built campus features classrooms with natural light and wide corridors. Key facilities include a central library with a broadcasting suite for House Radio, a large gym with basketball and badminton courts, and a professional dance studio with a Harlequin floor. The school also utilizes local theatres for performing arts events and nearby facilities for outdoor sports.
