    Mr Morris holds a first-class degree in History and a Masters Degree in Classical History from the University of Manchester. He moved to Japan in 2021 to help launch Phoenix House and served as the founding head of house for Windsor house. He is currently the Assistant Head of Curriculum and Assessment.

    Ms Barnard holds a first-class honours degree in Biological Sciences from Durham University and a PGCE from Roehampton University. She previously taught in Surrey, England, before joining Phoenix House as Head of English.
