The school is a global leadership academy for girls that aims to serve humanity by developing global leaders through purpose-driven education. The academic offering is structured into three stages: the Primary Years Programme (Junior Kindergarten to Grade 5), the Middle Years Programme (Grades 6-10), and the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme (Grades 11-12). Students may also pursue the BC Dogwood Diploma. The school provides a boarding programme for students in Grades 7-12.

The school maintains a partnership with the University of Victoria (UVic) that provides a guaranteed admission programme for eligible students in the BC Dogwood Diploma or International Baccalaureate Diploma pathways. Eligible students may apply to UVic faculties including Computer Science, Engineering, Humanities, Science, and Social Sciences, with the potential to qualify for a $5,000 entrance scholarship.

The school provides English Language Learning (ELL) support, which includes WIDA assessments and resources, IELTS preparation and testing, translation services, and both pull-out and push-in classroom support. Individualized tutorial sessions are also available to support student learning needs.

The school hosts in-person open houses and offers personalized tours for prospective families. The application process requires a $250 non-refundable application fee, and a $2,500 or $5,500 registration fee is due upon acceptance, depending on the student's programme. Admissions teams also conduct travel to meet with families in various regions.

The school operates on a year-round basis for facility rentals, while the academic year includes standard school terms. Junior Kindergarten tuition is billed over 12 months.

Located on a 22-acre campus, the school features 16 classrooms with 15-seat capacity, 12 classrooms with 20-seat capacity, and 3 studios with 5-seat capacity. Athletic facilities include a recreation/sports field, two tennis courts, a playground, a North Gymnasium (4,108 sqft), a South Gymnasium (7,777 sqft), and a dance studio. Other spaces include a library, drama studio, band room, art room, culinary arts space, and a boarding house complex with four houses containing 16 double bedrooms with private washrooms.

The school offers an athletics programme featuring football and basketball academies, as well as partnerships with the Victoria Academy of Ballet for a Junior Ballet Development Programme and Canada Basketball. Additional offerings include before and after-school care, an after-school learning programme, a tutoring programme, and an extended music programme. Students may also participate in various clubs and athletic tours.
