Leadership opportunities are provided through the Student Council, a Prefect Team, and Student Ambassadors, alongside a House system comprising Chambers, Morrison, Taylor, and Williams houses.

Ms. Diana Lo is a passionate educator with almost 20 years of experience who joined the YMCA of Hong Kong Christian College in 2003 as a founding teacher. She has held numerous leadership roles, including Head of Department, Head of Year, Head of the Pastoral Team, Head of Administration & Admissions, Assistant Principal, and Deputy Principal, before becoming Principal. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, and a Master’s Degree in Education.
