The school accepts applications for both Mầm non (Preschool) and Tiểu học (Primary) levels. The admissions process for Primary school involves a review of the application form, followed by an interview and a competency assessment in subjects such as Mathematics, Vietnamese, and English (or English Cambridge for the Cambridge track). Students with achievements in academic competitions or international certificates may be exempt from testing in those specific subjects.

The school operates on an annual academic cycle with specific periods for enrollment and entrance assessments. For example, the school conducts entrance testing for prospective students and accepts transfer applications for grades 2 through 5. Throughout the year, the school hosts various events including sports weeks, cultural festivals (Mid-Autumn, Halloween, Christmas), and academic competitions like "Rung chuông vàng" and "Trạng nguyên toàn tài."

The campus is a self-contained facility featuring modern classrooms equipped with computers, projectors, and air conditioning, along with personal storage lockers for students. Specialized facilities include a library, a swimming pool, a computer lab, and an art room. Outdoor spaces include a playground, a football field, and a basketball court, all designed to support physical education and extracurricular activities.

The school offers a wide range of extracurricular activities to develop soft skills and personal interests, including sports such as basketball, football, martial arts, swimming, badminton, and chess. Artistic pursuits include piano, ukulele, modern dance, and fine arts.
