The academic journey begins with the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) in Years 7-9, followed by IGCSE courses in Years 10-11. In Years 12-13, students choose between the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) or the IB Career-related Programme (IBCP), which includes BTEC courses in Creative Media, Business Studies, and Hospitality. The curriculum is supplemented by the "Futures" program, which includes "Elements" for exploring diverse subjects and "Explorations" for inquiry-based learning.

The school reports a 98% IB Diploma Programme pass rate, with 34% of students achieving over 40 points. Graduates progress to a wide range of universities globally, supported by the school's Higher Education department. The curriculum is designed to prepare students for post-secondary options, including higher education, apprenticeships, or direct entry into the workforce.

The school provides comprehensive pastoral care, counselling, and learning support to foster holistic development. A dedicated Guidance Team works with parents, and students are supported by tutors who act as mentors. The Thrive program is embedded in the curriculum to nurture physical, social, cognitive, and emotional wellbeing, while child protection policies ensure a safe learning environment.

Admissions are handled centrally through the English Schools Foundation (ESF). Prospective families can contact the ESF admissions team or the school’s dedicated admissions office for information regarding procedures, place availability, and applications. The school hosts information sessions, seminars, workshops, and open days throughout the year, with campus tours available by advance arrangement on a first-come, first-served basis.

The school operates throughout the year, hosting various events including information sessions, parent-teacher meetings, and an annual School Fair. Options Week for students occurs in October, with preliminary course choices submitted by early December and final choices confirmed in February. Graduation receptions for Year 13 students are held in May.

Located in the Mid-levels, the campus features a Performance Space with a 10-metre stage and seating for 300, equipped for concerts, drama, and assemblies. Sports facilities include a large Sports Hall with a sprung floor that can be divided for simultaneous activities, and two rooftop playgrounds suitable for netball, basketball, and team-building exercises. Classrooms are specifically designed to support both individual study and collaborative group work.

Students participate in a wide range of activities, including performing, visual, and creative arts, as well as an inclusive sports program featuring basketball, netball, volleyball, and badminton. The school also offers Quest Week, which takes learning outside the classroom to build relationships and encourage students to step out of their comfort zones. Additionally, students engage in service learning, student leadership roles, and inter-house activities across the school's six houses.
