About the campus

Located in Sai Kung, the 23,700-square-metre, purpose-built campus is designed to be sustainable and was awarded Gold BEAM Plus status in 2020. The facility features modern, light-filled learning spaces, a cafeteria (hkaEATS) with indoor and outdoor dining, and proximity to country parks, hiking trails, and beaches. Many campus spaces are available for rental outside of school hours for events ranging from small classes to international conferences.

Co-curriculars

The school offers a wide range of co-curricular opportunities, including over 100 after-school activities available each semester for primary students. Programmes encompass sports, performing arts, clubs, and mother tongue classes, extending learning beyond the regular school day.     Virginia is an IB World Leader Trainer and a Next Frontier Inclusion Reviewer who believes in experiential learning within an inclusive environment. She holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and an Advanced Master’s in Educational Leadership, and is certified as an administrator by New York State. She has been a long-term member of the HKA community, with both of her children graduating from the school.
