The school provides a bus service and a lunch program managed by a third-party provider, Sodexo.

The school operates two campuses: the main Shek Mun campus in Shatin, which serves students from Pre-Grade 1 to Grade 12, and a dedicated Kindergarten campus in Ma On Shan for Reception 1 and 2. The Shek Mun campus includes facilities for sports, arts, and academic learning, and provides cafeteria services with microwave and hot water facilities for students who bring their own lunch.
