The admissions process begins with a registration request form, followed by the submission of an application package to the specific campus office. Required documentation includes the child’s most recent report card (except for Kindergarten), proof of Canadian citizenship or residency status, and proof of local residency. Kindergarten applicants must also provide an immunization record. The process may include an admissions interview and/or test, and upon acceptance, non-refundable tuition and school fees are required.

The school maintains both an academic and a religious calendar. The academic year includes scheduled administrative days for staff. Religious observances, such as Gurgaddi Divas, are integrated into the school calendar across the various campuses.

Khalsa Schools operates multiple campuses, including Old Yale Road, Newton, and the Fraser Valley elementary schools, as well as a secondary school. Facilities include classrooms equipped with technology for inquiry-based learning, sports facilities, and specialized spaces such as a brand-new sensory room at the primary level. The campuses are supported by a transportation network offering local and long-distance bus services.
