St. John's School accepts applications for Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12, with specific processes for domestic and international students. Financial assistance is available for qualified families through a bursary program, with applications processed by an independent third party, Apple Financial Services.

The school operates on a traditional academic year, with applications for the following September typically opening in the summer. Financial assistance applications for both new and current families are due by December 1st for the upcoming academic year. The school office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
