Admission is merit-based and requires an admission test followed by a personal interaction with the principal. Applicants must be legal residents of Bahrain, and final confirmation is subject to approval from the Ministry of Education. The school requires specific documentation, including birth certificates, immunization records, and attested transfer certificates for students joining from other institutions.

The academic year is divided into three terms: the first term runs from April to July, the second from August to November, and the third from December to March. The school calendar includes periodic assessments, board practical examinations for senior grades, and scheduled parent-teacher interactions.
