Admissions
Admission is open to students residing in the Kingdom of Bahrain with a valid CPR number. The process involves collecting a prospectus, submitting an application, and participating in an assessment or interview. For Kindergarten, this includes an informal interactive assessment, while applicants for Grade 1 and above must complete an admission test and interview. Admission to Grade 11 is provisional, contingent upon Grade 10 CBSE Board Examination results.
Calendar
The academic year is divided into three terms: the first term runs from April to June, the second from September to December, and the third from January to March.

About the campus
The school is located on a 10.75-acre campus in Tubli, featuring 140 air-conditioned, smart-enabled classrooms. Facilities include a library with over 11,000 volumes, four computer labs, and state-of-the-art science laboratories. Sports and assembly infrastructure includes a regulation-size football ground, basketball and tennis courts, and the 2,000 sqm Dr. Abdul Kalam Memorial Auditorium, which seats 2,500 people. Additionally, the campus provides an open-air auditorium, two medical clinics, two canteens, and dedicated counseling rooms.






Mrs. Elizabeth JosephChairpersonMrs. Elizabeth Joseph has over 40 years of experience in teaching and administration, beginning as a nursery teacher in Kerala. She served as the school's Vice-Principal from its inception until 2009, Principal until 2012, and subsequently moved into the role of Director before becoming Chairperson. Her focus is on pursuing global standards to nurture holistic individuals through a student-centric environment.
Ms. Lovy JosephDirectorMs. Lovy Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, a Bachelor's degree in Education, and a Master of Arts in Education. She was actively involved in school operations for over a decade before officially joining in 2013 and has a vision rooted in innovation, adaptability, and open communication.
Mr. Timmy JosephDirectorMr. Timmy Joseph is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in real estate, property development, and investment. He is a co-founder of KL 13 Ventures Pvt. Ltd and brings a systematic, innovative, and empathetic approach to his leadership role at the school.
