SMA Wardaya aims to be a center for academic excellence in science and technology while fostering holistic, character-driven graduates. Its mission emphasizes the integration of faith and knowledge, preparing students to become future leaders, scientists, and entrepreneurs who contribute positively to society. The school focuses on guiding students toward success in top-tier global universities and securing scholarships.

The academic programme integrates three distinct tracks: the National Curriculum, Cambridge A Level, and a specialized stream covering professional development, olympiad training, and research. The curriculum includes core subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, ICT/Coding, and foreign literature, alongside religious studies and character education. Instruction is delivered by faculty members holding advanced degrees (S2 and S3) in their respective fields.

Located on a 3,948 m² site in West Jakarta, the campus features a two-story building originally constructed in 1985 and revitalized in 2012. Outdoor facilities include a 1,050 m² sports field equipped for basketball, futsal, and taekwondo, as well as calisthenics equipment for strength training. The grounds also serve as a venue for flag ceremonies and other formal school gatherings.
