The school employs an 80/20 teaching model, where 80% of classes are taught in English for the international curriculum and 20% are taught in Vietnamese for subjects such as Vietnamese Literature, History, Geography, and Civic Education. This approach aims to provide a comprehensive international education while preserving core Vietnamese values. The school fosters a multicultural environment with a community representing nearly 30 countries.

The academic programme includes the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) for Kindergarten, the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) for primary students, and the International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC) for middle school. Secondary students follow the Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge International AS & A Level qualifications.
