The school is an IB Continuum School authorized to implement the Primary Years Programme (PYP) for ages 3 to Grade 5, the Middle Years Programme (MYP) for Grades 6 to 10, and the Diploma Programme (DP) for Grades 11 to 12. The curriculum integrates inquiry-based learning, transdisciplinary themes, and subject-specific studies, with language support provided in English and Japanese.

The school aims to develop independent, lifelong learners who are balanced academically, artistically, socially, and physically. Students are prepared for higher education and global citizenship through the IB continuum, with specific milestones such as the PYP exhibition in the primary years and the Personal Project in the middle years.

The school provides personalized instruction to meet diverse learning styles and needs, supported by a 1:6 teacher-to-student ratio and a maximum class size of 24 students. Additional learning support services are available, and specific fees may apply for students requiring SEN support.

The admissions process begins with an inquiry, followed by an optional but recommended school visit. Applicants must submit a formal application form along with an application fee. The process includes an interview and assessment, after which the admissions team reviews the results and notifies families of the decision within a few weeks.

The academic year runs from August to June. The school provides a detailed calendar for parents and students, which includes key dates and events throughout the year. Summer school programs are also offered, such as the session scheduled for late June through July 2026.

The school operates across three campuses in Shinagawa: the Aoyoko Campus (Preschool–Kindergarten), the Seaside Campus (Grades 1–3), and the Samezu Campus (Grades 4–12). Facilities include spacious classrooms, gyms, libraries, and specialized rooms for music, arts, and design. The campuses also feature outdoor playgrounds and access to local sports fields, with the libraries serving as hubs containing over 15,000 volumes.

The school offers over 70 after-school programs each week, covering activities not included in the regular curriculum, such as robotics and dance. These programs are guided by faculty members and provide students with opportunities to express themselves, get active, and socialize across grade levels.
