The school’s educational philosophy centers on the concept of "Happy Imagineers," where imagination serves as the foundation for systematic thinking and joyful learning. It emphasizes a "learn-through-play" approach, prioritizing the natural development of children over excessive academic pressure. The school offers programmes from kindergarten through high school, incorporating the HEI Schools Teacher Toolkit from Finland at the kindergarten level. The curriculum emphasizes natural, age-appropriate development and utilizes a "learn-through-play" methodology. Primary and high school pathways include both an International Program (IP) and an Integrated English Program (IEP), focusing on critical thinking, innovation, and essential life skills.

The school provides specialized support through Tonkla’s Institute of Sensory Integration (TISI), which offers physical, social, and emotional development programs led by professional occupational therapists. The school operates on a two-semester academic calendar. The academic year typically includes scheduled breaks, public holidays, and specific events such as International Day, English Week, Science Week, and Literacy Week. The 7.9-acre campus features 50 classrooms and specialized learning spaces, including a Happy Digital Learning Space, a Fine Art Space, and an Imagineering Lab. Outdoor facilities include large green fields, a 150-meter running track, a basketball court, a swimming pool for younger children, and Finn Park, which is designed with nature-based elements and sensory integration equipment. The school also houses a 198-seat large conference hall and a 63-seat small conference auditorium for performances and school activities.

Students participate in a variety of activities designed to foster talent and skill development, including theatrical performances and talent shows held in the school's conference halls. The school also supports student involvement in competitive sports, such as taekwondo and triathlon events. Additionally, students engage in themed weeks like Coding and Robotics, English Week, and Science Week.
