The school offers the full International Baccalaureate (IB) continuum: the Primary Years Programme (PYP) for Pre-K to Grade 5, the Middle Years Programme (MYP) for Grades 6 to 10, and the Diploma Programme (DP) for Grades 11 and 12. The curriculum is trilingual, with English as the primary language of instruction from Grade 5, while Mandarin and Thai are taught as world languages. Students may also pursue the IB Bilingual Diploma by taking Chinese or Thai in Group 1.

Concordian maintains a 100 percent Grade 12 graduation rate since its first graduating class in 2010. Graduates consistently achieve an IB Diploma average above the worldwide IB average, with many matriculating to prestigious universities in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Thailand. The school utilizes BridgeU as its college counseling platform to support students in their university applications.

The school provides additional language support in English, Chinese, and Thai to assist student development. Counseling services are structured by division, with dedicated teams for Pre-K to Grade 4, Grades 4-8, and Grades 9-12, including an inclusion facilitator. Four full-time qualified nurses are on duty to support student health and wellbeing.

Concordian International School admits students year-round, subject to seat availability, with the primary intake occurring in August. The application process requires an entrance test and an interview. Prospective families may submit an online application or download paper-based forms for specific grade levels.

The school operates on a standard academic year with the main intake in August. The Diploma Programme is a May examining course, with results typically released in early July. The school office is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

The campus is a high-tech, purpose-built facility featuring wireless internet throughout. Sports facilities include a FIFA-size football pitch, two additional grass soccer fields, a 100m running track, three air-conditioned gymnasiums, a covered 50m competition pool, a 25m pool, tennis courts, and squash rooms. Arts and academic facilities include a 560-seat HD Grand Theater, a 240-seat amphitheater, modern science labs, computer labs, and a library housing over 50,000 books in English, Mandarin, and Thai.

The school offers a comprehensive after-school activities program, including the Creative Minds Academy (CMAs). Athletics are supported by the Asia International Schools Athletics Association (AISAA) and include sports such as football, basketball, swimming, badminton, volleyball, tennis, and squash. Additionally, the school provides opportunities for performing arts, including music and theater, supported by dedicated facilities like the HD Grand Theater and an amphitheater.
