The admissions process involves an initial inquiry, followed by the submission of an application form and required documentation. Applicants must then complete an assessment and interview, the format of which varies by age group, ranging from interviews for Nursery 1 to paper-based assessments in English, Math, and Chinese for older students. Upon acceptance, families receive an offer letter and must complete the payment of fees to finalize enrollment. A non-refundable application and assessment fee of 10,000 THB is required.

The school operates on a three-term academic year. Invoices for tuition are issued in advance of each term, with specific due dates provided for payments. The school calendar includes various student activities, such as experiential learning trips, community service projects, and seasonal celebrations like Christmas shows.
