The school serves children from approximately 1 year and 5 months old up to 5 years old.

The school operates Monday through Friday, with closures on weekends, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and during summer and spring vacations. While the school is closed for standard breaks, it provides daycare services during the summer and spring vacation periods. Extended care is available daily from 8:00 to 9:00 and 17:30 to 19:00.

Located on the fourth floor of a reinforced concrete building in Meguro, Tokyo, the facility includes a 114.60-square-meter childcare area and dedicated children's bathrooms. The school prioritizes safety and security through locked doors and regular evacuation drills. It is a registered non-certified nursery school that provides lunch and snack services.

The school provides a range of extracurricular activities during school hours that are included in the tuition. These include swimming, physical education, cognitive development, dance, and programming.
