The school offers a comprehensive K–12 program based on Canadian provincial standards. The academic pathway includes Kindergarten (ages 4–5), an Elementary School (Grades 1–5) utilizing the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP), a Middle School (Grades 6–8), and a High School (Grades 9–12) that features advanced study and university preparation. Summer school programs are also available.

The school provides a structured English Language Support (ELS) program designed for students who require additional instruction to succeed in the Canadian curriculum. This program offers personalized, small-group instruction integrated with the regular school curriculum, with sessions available throughout the academic year for Grades 1–2 and intensive options during the summer. Additionally, the school provides counseling and student support services.

The school operates across three distinct campus locations in Tokyo. The Osaki Main Campus houses the administration office and the Kindergarten, while a separate facility in Osaki serves students in Grades 6–12. The Elementary School is located at a dedicated campus in Nakameguro.
