Cheli holds a Master's in Educational Leadership from Liverpool John Moores University and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Otago. With a 36-year career in education, he has served as a Vice Principal at several schools and is a founder of the ‘Reading Bus Club’ and the ‘Positive Attitude Builds Character’ system. He has received the ‘Excellent Service Award’ from the Ministry of Education five times.

Ms Ebbie holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Reading and a Post Graduate Diploma in Bar Professional Training from Cardiff University. She worked in the legal field for over 5 years before joining REAL Schools as an educator, where she teaches English, Cambridge English, and Real Time at the secondary level.

Ms Norfadzilah graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and holds a Diploma Pendidikan Lepasan Ijazah in Pengajian Bahasa Melayu. She has been teaching at REAL Schools for 15 years, currently teaching History at the secondary level, and received the REAL Teacher Excellent Award in 2015.

Lili Mariah has been with the school since it opened in 1999, focusing on nurturing and empowering learners. She emphasizes a vibrant learning community built on trust, collaboration, and care.

Mr Fazli has 22 years of experience in education and holds a Bachelor of Human Sciences and Heritage and a Diploma in Professional Teaching Competency from the International Islamic University, Malaysia. He serves on the Malay Language CAIE Cambridge advisory panel and contributes to the MOE Centre of Curriculum Development.

Ms Ranjinidevi has over 14 years of experience in education, including 10 years in leadership and management, and holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. She has worked within diverse educational frameworks including CIE, IPC, IB, and DSKP, and is a strong advocate for safeguarding.

Dr Chandra Veerappan is an educational leader with over 25 years of experience and holds a Doctorate in Education from the European International University, along with degrees in Computer Science and Information Systems. She has held leadership roles including Director at INTI International University and Principal at Rafflesia International School.

Ms. Meera holds a Bachelor of Education (Hons) in TESL and has over 18 years of experience in education, including setting up two pioneer international schools and heading the International Primary Curriculum for 7 years. She is a certified Child Safeguarding Lead.

Joane has over 15 years of experience in teaching, school management, and leadership, and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Asia Metropolitan University and a Postgraduate Diploma in TESOL. She has expertise in strategic planning, team supervision, and operational management.

Ms Shabeena holds a Master of Education and is currently pursuing a PhD in Education at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. She has years of experience at REAL Schools, Cheras, and focuses on curriculum implementation, teacher development, and student engagement.

Ms. Tan has 15 years of teaching experience and holds a Master of Education degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. She has worked in well-known private and international schools and is committed to student development and character building.

Diyanah is an integrated marketing communications professional and certified digital marketer with a Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Universiti Sains Malaysia. She has previous experience as Regional Head of Marketing and Enrollment at Beaconhouse Malaysia and Advancement Manager at The International School of Kuala Lumpur.
