The school aims to be a human-scale, inclusive environment that fosters the development of responsible, open-minded citizens. Its educational project is built on four dimensions: a balanced and bold human, a critical and inventive mind, a benevolent and communicative teammate, and an open and engaged citizen. The school emphasizes humanistic values, critical thinking, and a balance between intellectual, spiritual, and stimulating activities.

The school offers two main academic pathways: the NDL+ program, which provides enrichments to the national curriculum (including enriched science and English), and the International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme (MYP). Students can choose from various options such as Civilization, Dance, Info-TIC, Multisport, and Science in the first cycle, and specialized concentrations in basketball and robotics. The curriculum includes a mandatory personal project in the 5th year and opportunities for third-language learning (Spanish).

The school provides a range of support services, including three special education technicians, two remedial teachers, a sexologist/development agent, a guidance counselor, and a pedagogical counselor. Students with specific needs can access an intervention plan service for a one-time fee. Additionally, every student from the 1st to 5th year is assigned a titular teacher who acts as the primary link between the family and the school, providing personalized follow-up.

The school accepts applications for the first year of secondary school from students currently in their 5th or 6th year of primary school. Applications for the 2nd through 5th years of secondary school are also accepted for students already in the secondary system. The admissions process includes open house events, such as the one scheduled for October 3, 2026. Fees for the 2026-2027 school year include a $250 registration fee, $50 for file opening (new students), and $5,188 in tuition, with discounts available for families with multiple children enrolled.

The school year operates with fees payable in eight monthly pre-authorized installments from September to April. Specific events include an open house on October 3, 2026, and the 23rd NDL Golf Tournament on September 19, 2026. The school reception is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The campus features three gymnasiums, a climbing wall, a dance studio, and a multifunctional room. Outdoor facilities include a courtyard with a basketball court and beach volleyball. Academic and cultural spaces include the Théâtre de la Providence (225 seats), classrooms equipped with Wi-Fi and projection technology, and a media library.

The school offers approximately 30 extracurricular activities and 35 sports teams. Notable programs include the Alpha Lab Robotics Academy, which participates in FIRST leagues (FLL, FTC, FRC), and the "Prédateurs" sports program, which features competitive basketball teams in Division 1. Other activities include a student council, international cooperation trips for 4th and 5th-year students, and various artistic and community service initiatives.
