The school offers a continuum of international curricula: the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) for Years 7–9; IGCSE and BTEC Level 2 courses for Years 10–11; and the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP), IB Career-related Programme (IBCP), BTEC Level 3, and other specialised pathways for Years 12–13. The curriculum includes a 'Future-Proofing' programme for Years 10–11 and a specialist Engineering pathway, which can include the BTEC National Level 3 Extended Diploma in Engineering. All students participate in a sports programme and CAS to ensure a holistic approach to learning.

The school provides comprehensive student support through its Guidance and Achievements team, which ensures student wellbeing and higher education planning receive tailored attention. Additionally, the school employs seven dedicated Child Protection Officers to lead safeguarding and student welfare initiatives. EAP (English for Academic Purposes) Ambassadors are also available to support students who are new to or developing their English language skills.

The campus in Pok Fu Lam features facilities designed to support sports, science, design technology, the arts, and drama. Classrooms are purposefully designed to foster learning in individual, team, or large-group settings. The school also maintains updated equipment in its Design Technology and Food Technology rooms.

The school offers a wide range of co-curricular activities, including over 100 Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) options. The sports programme is inclusive, supporting nearly 20 sports and approximately 85 teams, with year-round training and competitive opportunities. Other experiences include Horizons Week, which features trips in non-traditional settings, and a Dynasty-themed house system (Han, Ming, Qing, Song, Tang, and Yuan) that fosters school spirit through competitions like spelling bees and inter-dynasty basketball.
