    Ms. Eliza Wong has been in education for 40 years and joined Kingston in 1997. She served as Kindergarten Principal and Primary School Principal before being promoted to Head Principal of both schools in 2008. She is also a Board member of ICHK Secondary and was instrumental in the school's expansion and the implementation of the IBPYP curriculum.

    Ngatai Walker is an experienced educator and professional rugby coach with over 25 years of global leadership experience. He holds a Master of Educational Leadership and has served as a school principal and regional leader in New Zealand. His leadership philosophy is anchored in cultural responsiveness, well-being, and building inclusive, values-based environments.

    Dr. Fenwick Tong joined Kingston in 2004 as a class teacher and later became Head of Chinese. She was promoted to Vice Principal in 2016, where she oversees educational administration and curriculum development. She holds a Doctorate in Education (Language Education - Chinese) and is the founder of several inter-school Chinese academic competitions.

    Michael Goodson is a former attorney who transitioned into education after relocating to Hong Kong in 2016. He joined Kingston in 2021 and was promoted to English Head Teacher and IB PYP Coordinator in 2026. He holds an LLB and a PGCE, focusing on integrating analytical rigour with student development.

    Michelle Chu is originally from New Zealand and joined Kingston in 2010. She has led the school through three IB evaluations and holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Qualified Kindergarten Teacher Qualification, and a PGDE in Early Childhood Education. She is also a Kingston parent who values the school's bilingual approach.

    Ms. Irene Leung has been working in the Early Childhood Education sector since graduating from The Education University of Hong Kong. She joined Kingston in 2002 as the Chinese Head Teacher in KIK and has been dedicated to implementing the IBPYP framework and bilingual unit teaching. She emphasizes home-school cooperation and the inclusion of diverse learning experiences.

    Ms. Freda Kwok has been an early childhood educator since 1987 and joined the Kingston Children Centre after returning to the education sector. She is a registered Head Teacher with the Social Welfare Department and holds a Certificate in Kindergarten Education. She has also served as a Kingston parent.
