The school follows the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP), which emphasizes inquiry-based learning and the development of the whole child. A seamless educational journey is offered from the Early Learning Centre through to Year 6, with pathways continuing into the associated Immanuel College for Middle and Senior School.

The school also employs high-impact, evidence-based strategies to assist students who are gifted and talented or speak English as an additional language.

The school is currently at capacity for several year levels, including Reception 2027 and 2028, and maintains waitlists for all intakes from Reception to Year 6. Prospective families are encouraged to book a tour—offered in formats including Principal’s Tours, ELC Director’s Tours, small group tours, and after-hours Twilight Tours—to learn about the enrolment process. Applications should be submitted as early as possible to secure a place on the waitlist.

The school operates on a term-based calendar. Key events include regular Principal and ELC Director tours, and the school is currently planning for the construction of the new ASPIRE Centre, with a tender process scheduled for mid-2025. The school year includes standard term breaks, with office hours adjusted during holiday periods.

The campus features a variety of learning and recreational spaces, including an Early Learning Centre, a Reception Learning Centre, and agile learning spaces. Specialist facilities include a music suite, an auditorium, a green screen studio with LED technology, and various playgrounds, such as the Year 1/2 and Reception adventure playgrounds. A courtyard redevelopment was completed in 2024, and the school is currently developing the new ASPIRE Centre to support future-focused learning.

The school offers a wide range of co-curricular opportunities, including music, sport, and service learning. The 'Small Hands. Big Hearts' service learning program encourages students to engage in leadership and community service, such as the Intergenerational Program and partnerships with the Childhood Cancer Association and Australian Lutheran World Service. Additionally, students participate in performing arts, such as musical productions, and various enrichment opportunities.
