The mission of Uplift Education is to create and sustain public schools of excellence that empower students to reach their highest potential in college and the global marketplace. The network aims to inspire a life-long love of learning, achievement, and service, fostering a culture that helps students understand themselves and others while preparing them for their futures.

Uplift Education utilizes the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum across all grade levels. The Primary Years Programme (PYP) serves grades K-5, focusing on interdisciplinary themes; the Middle Years Programme (MYP) serves grades 6-10, bridging foundational skills with advanced study; and the Diploma Programme (DP) serves grades 11-12, offering college-level coursework. Subject areas include language and literature, language acquisition (French, Spanish, Mandarin), individuals and societies, sciences, mathematics, arts, and design.

Uplift Education reports a 100% college acceptance rate for its graduates since 2002, with 85% college matriculation. Graduates have earned over $107 million in scholarships and grants, and the network reports a college graduation rate of 79% for its alumni. High schools within the network are frequently recognized by U.S. News & World Report as among the best in the nation.

The network provides specialized support for students, including intervention specialists and social/behavioral counselors. Special education services are integrated into the school structure, with dedicated coordinators and teacher aides to assist students with diverse learning needs. Title I and Title III resources are also utilized to provide additional academic and multilingual support.

Uplift Education operates a free, public charter school network with an open application process. Prospective families can apply online, and the network provides support through specialized Application Advisors and a dedicated enrollment team. The schools serve students in pre-kindergarten through 12th grade across the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

The network provides standardized academic calendars for its schools, with versions available in both English and Spanish. These calendars are updated annually for the upcoming school years, such as the 2025-26 and 2026-27 terms.

Uplift Education operates 45 schools across 20 campuses in six cities: Dallas, Fort Worth, Irving, Arlington, Grand Prairie, and DeSoto. Each campus is equipped with a main office to handle administrative needs, including cafeteria services, school uniforms, and medical issues. The central management office is located at Pegasus Park in Dallas.

The curriculum includes a focus on Creativity, Activity, and Service (CAS) as part of the Diploma Programme core. Additionally, students participate in network-wide events such as the IB Showcase, where top year-end projects are presented. Schools also offer various arts, music, and physical education opportunities integrated into the primary and secondary programmes.
