The mission of Uplift Education is to create and sustain public schools of excellence that empower students to reach their highest potential in college and the global marketplace. The network aims to inspire a life-long love of learning, achievement, and service, fostering an environment of stability, belonging, and safety for every scholar.

Uplift Education utilizes the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework across all grade levels. The Primary Years Programme (PYP) for grades K-5 focuses on thematic, interdisciplinary learning in subjects including language, mathematics, science, social studies, and the arts. The Middle Years Programme (MYP) for grades 6-10 bridges foundational skills with advanced study, while the Diploma Programme (DP) for grades 11-12 offers college-level coursework, including the Theory of Knowledge, the Extended Essay, and Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS). Additionally, some campuses offer a one-way dual language program for early elementary students.

Uplift Education has achieved a 100% college acceptance rate for all graduates since 2002. The network reports an 85% college matriculation rate, with 75% of graduates being first-generation college students. Alumni demonstrate a college graduation rate of 79% and earn average salaries $23,000 higher than the national average.

The network provides comprehensive support through licensed behavioral counselors on every campus and social and emotional learning (SEL) programs that include daily character-building lessons. Academic support is further bolstered by intervention specialists, special education coordinators, and multilingual staff who assist students with diverse learning needs. Additionally, the Road to College & Career program provides dedicated alumni success counselors and career centers to support students beyond graduation.

Uplift Education operates a free, public charter school network with an open application process. Families can apply online by creating an account, with the network utilizing a lottery system for enrollment. Prospective families are encouraged to schedule tours or contact an enrollment specialist for assistance.

The school network provides academic calendars for the current and upcoming school years, available in both English and Spanish. These calendars outline the instructional year, including designated non-business days such as the 10-day winter break.

The network operates 20 campuses across the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, featuring facilities such as gated and fenced grounds, locked lobbies with electronic access, security cameras, and secured exterior and classroom doors. Each campus is supported by on-site police officers and includes standard school amenities like cafeterias and administrative offices. Some campuses, such as Uplift Triumph, are situated on multi-acre sites designed to serve specific grade bands.

Campuses offer a variety of clubs and extracurricular activities designed to help students explore interests and build social skills. Current offerings include cheer, Legos, board games, culinary arts, origami, and yoga, though specific options may change annually based on student interest. Additionally, students participate in network-wide events such as the IB Showcase, where top year-end projects are presented.
