Uplift Education is the largest free public charter school network in North Texas, serving over 23,000 students in pre-k through 12th grade across 20 campuses. The network utilizes the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum to prepare students for college and the global marketplace.

The mission of Uplift Education is to create and sustain public schools of excellence that empower students to reach their highest potential in college and the global marketplace. The network aims to inspire a life-long love of learning, achievement, and service, fostering an environment of stability, belonging, and safety for every scholar.
Programmes
Uplift Education utilizes the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework across all grade levels. The Primary Years Programme (PYP) for grades K-5 focuses on thematic, interdisciplinary learning in subjects including language, mathematics, science, social studies, and the arts. The Middle Years Programme (MYP) for grades 6-10 bridges foundational skills with advanced study, while the Diploma Programme (DP) for grades 11-12 offers college-level coursework, including the Theory of Knowledge, the Extended Essay, and Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS). Additionally, some campuses offer a one-way dual language program for early elementary students.
Outcomes
Uplift Education has achieved a 100% college acceptance rate for all graduates since 2002. The network reports an 85% college matriculation rate, with 75% of graduates being first-generation college students. Alumni demonstrate a college graduation rate of 79% and earn average salaries $23,000 higher than the national average.

Admissions
Uplift Education operates a free, public charter school network with an open application process. Additionally, students participate in network-wide events such as the IB Showcase, where top year-end projects are presented.
